Q: What do you Specialize in?
A: We specialize in service calls including installation of switches, receptacles, lights, breakers, and new outlets.
Q: I just have one small job. Is that too small?
A: No job is too small. We are a small company, and we specialize in small jobs.
Q: What area do you serve?
A: Commerce, Athens, Hartwell Jefferson, Elberton, Royston, Comer, Toccoa, Cornelia, Ila, Danielsville and surrounding areas
Q: When do you start the time for a service call?
A: The time starts when the service technician arrives on your property (unlike other companies)
Q: How much is a service call?
A: $50 per hour plus materials
Q: How can your rates be so cheap?
A: We are a small family based business. We have do not have a large store front office, we do not have full page yellow page advertisements, (in fact the only advertising we do is by word of mouth), and we do not have to pay a franchise fee like Mr. Sparky or Mr. Electric. This allows us to charge reasonable rates to our customers.
Q: Are you licensed?
A: Yes, the owner is licensed through the State Construction Industry Licensing Board.
Q: How much do you charge to give an estimate?
A: A $25 trip fee is charged. However if the job is secured that amount is credited toward the Job.
